I imagine we were the worst kind of client for a realtor. We were content in our previous home and were only going to move for our perfect dream home. My husband and I worked with the Kim Rock Group in the fall of 2020. We were asking a lot from Kim’s group and they went above and beyond to help us. We were selling our first home, my grandparents were selling theirs, and we were looking for a house together. We wanted our forever home for our growing family but a separate space for my grandparents to live with us. Joanne found us the perfect forever home with an in law suite and walked us through every step. Kim was able to sell both of our homes while making the process easy for us. Kim’s team was professional and very knowledgeable on the business. I recommend them to anyone I know that is looking for a home or selling theirs.

Kim and her team were complete rock stars with how insane the market was. I had to sell my house and buy one at the same time. Getting an offer accepted and within days having my house hit the market and sell within a weekend was extremely overwhelming to me. But Kim and her team made it so easy to navigate, and everything was done so quickly and efficiently once I got an offer accepted on a house! Amazing experience. Moving is a lot of work and can be very stressful. Working with Kim Rock and The Kim Rock Group made the process as smooth and easy as it could be. We are seasoned buyers and sellers, and wanted to work with a true professional. Kim Rock has a great reputation locally, so we decided to work with her. We were initially looking for a property in either NJ or PA, so Kim's dual certification was a necessary requirement. We looked at a few houses before we eventually settled on a new build in Bucks County. Buyers often feel an agent is not needed but Kim skilfully negotiated a significant Sellers' Assist on our behalf - at no cost to ourselves. Score!We also used Kim to list our home, and she really surpassed our expectations here. We were already familiar with staging properties to sell, so Kim gave us sound advice on other details to focus on, including painting the basement floor - it looked stunning! Professional photos were excellent quality. Kim used social media and her huge network of local contacts to generate buzz around our property. She is known as an ethical and professional realtor locally, and that reputation counts for a lot.The simple result was that within hours of the listing going live, we ended up with an above list price offer! Kim was very measured in her approach providing rational guidance without getting caught up in the drama and excitement of the deal. She excelled in this area, and carefully negotiated the way to a signed contract keeping us informed every step of the way. This all happened during the 4th July weekend when she was at a family BBQ - her commitment to seeing the task through to completion was outstanding.The overall transaction was very smooth with Kim keeping us posted of key milestones and status and within a month, the new owners had moved in. It's a credit to Kim and all parties that everyone felt good at the end of the transaction. No sooner than the sale ended, we have continued to work with Kim on other transactions. Highly recommend!
